“Verita” Apartment are located in a new built private house on the east side of Vis in the region of the “Kut” away from the traffic and crowds, yet so close from everything necessary for a pleasant and relaxing vacation. The house is surrounded by neighboring gardens with orange trees, lemon and olive trees that give the beauty of life in the Mediterranean.
Near of our apartments are an oasis of good food and fine wines in reputable restaurants and taverns.
For your vacation we offer you new air-conditioned comfort, luxury apartment with high standards of comfort entirely separate entrance.
Distance to the nearest store and distance to several well-known restaurants in the area Kut is just a few minutes walk away. The nearest beach is also a few minutes walk you will contribute to the comfort of your vacation.
Distance to the city center, banks, post office, medical clinic/ drug store or ferry is about 1500 m.
Parking: If you arrive by car or motorbike “Apartments Verita” have secured their own private parking space, which also makes you go to one of the beautiful island beaches or going to dinner at a selected island’s idyllic farm with a rich variety of local fish and meat specialties.
If you are looking for peace and quiet, then you have found the right place, without the noise and crowds.

About apartment
Apartment is a newly built comfortable Apartaman with two rooms for four people with a large living room and a balcony with a sea view on the first floor of a private house. With its luxury features in the area of 85 m2 holds high criteria class apartments three stars.
Every room have double beds.
If you need a bed for your child up to 12 years of age, we can provide that at a reasonable price.
Comfortable living room with fully equipped kitchen gives you the autonomy to the preparation and consumption of food.
You can also enjoy the food prepared on the grill in the garden.
The modern bathroom is fully equipped with the possibility of using the washing machine.
Apartment has a balcony overlooking the sea and part of the Vis bay that will allow you relaxation and enjoyment of evenings with a glass of good wine of the island Vis.
On a comfortable sofa in the living room you can relax, watch the LCD TV satellite receiver or enjoy listening to music with your chosen DVD – radio receiver.
Apartment has the option of using Wi-Fi hotspot wireless internet.

- All prices are fully inclusive of electricity, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.
- If you need a extra bed for your child up to 12 years of age, we can provide that at a price (15.00 € in low season or 20.00 € in high season).
- Bed linen and towels are changing weekly.
- There are no hidden extras to pay.
Rules For Reservation
Initial payment (security deposit): Money transfer – 25% at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy: If a booking is cancelled at any time after it has been confirmed, the initial payment will not be refunded !
The final payment: The balance will be due on the day of your arrival in the apartment. It may be paid only by cash !
